"I joined Impact in Sept 2020. Since then I have lost 18kgs. The most important thing that I have achieved is a healthy daily routine and the weight loss part is just one of its perks. I have learned a lot about eating right, portion control and there is in general a very positvie change in my lifestyle.
Pros:
- Training is in small groups of max. 6 people. This way the trainers can pay a close attention to every participant. They are very professional and proactive about it.
- Depending upon your limitations (if any) the training session is altered specifically for you.
- The trainers are very friendly and are always enthusiastic to answer any questions related to food and workouts in general.
Cons:
None of me!! I love it here.
Being a non Dutch speaker I was a bit skeptical but from the very first day everyone there including the fellows members were extremely accommodating and helpful. Its like a one stop shop for your full body workout.
